Requirement for domain transfer:

1. You will need to have  technical access to your domain server or contact your current administrator, technical personnel for domain transfer authorization. Administrative or technical contacts are normally found by accessing whois server for your domain name http://whois.net
2. You will be required also to transfer the domain 60 days before expiry or after registration
3. A domain with accumulated dept will not be allowed for transfer unless the bills are cleared
